After the Slovak breakfast tea (Slovenske ranajky), we bring you another morning mix. This time we have combined the energetic invigorating mate, lemongrass and ginger. And the result? Fantastic! Attention, we do not recommend drinking after 8 o'clock in the evening. That is, unless you plan to spend the night over books or watch all the Lord of the Rings episodes in one go.

Ingredients: lemongrass, mate, ginger, orange peel, calendula

Preparation: Pour boiling water over the tea in a ratio of 1.25 teaspoons per 2 dl of water. Infuse for 5 to 7 minutes for the best experience.
