Postage within Slovakia:
Postage and packaging fee depends on the selected shipment and payment method.

The above prices apply for delivery within Slovakia when the entire order is sent as one shipment.
(*) in the period from November 1 to December 31, the courier charges a seasonal surcharge of --- euros.

The price for delivery within EU to a country other than the Slovak Republic or the Czech Republic shall be calculated according to the price list of the Slovak Post, a.s. or Packeta based on the weight of the parcel. In this case, the order becomes binding only after the approval of the calculated postage. The seller will advice the buyer via email.
We currently do not deliver to the countries outside EU.
Orders are usually dispatched the next day after their confirmation and receipt of the payment to our bank account (should you selected payment by bank transfer/deposit). Should you selected an instant payment using the TrustPay / TrustCard secure payment platform, the amount is instantly credited to our account.
The Slovak Post delivers parcels within 2-3 working days, delivery by courier takes usually 2 working days. Should your order is urgent, contact us on +421 917 259 092 for more precise information.
The customer can select any of the following payment methods:
- Card payment: using the TrustCard secure payment platform, it is possible to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards. The Apple Pay payment is temporarily suspended for technical reasons.
- Payment by instant bank transfer: eanking using the TrustPay secure payment platform (ČSOB, Poštová banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa, Tatra banka, VÚB banka)
- Bank transfer or deposit to our account
- Payment on delivery - payment in cash/ by card at the post office when collecting the parcel from the Slovak Post
TrustPay / TrustCard payments meet the highest data protection standards. Neither the merchant nor TrustPay has access to the sensitive data that the customer enters during the course of the payment (e.g. card number, CVV code, account details, account login data, etc.). The merchant only receives information about the successful transaction.
